Windy Hill Orchard was selected as Attraction of the Year by the Olde English District Commission in 1994.

Kate Gusmer, Fritz and Catherine's daughter, was also awarded the 1995 Hospitality Employee of the Year Award by the Olde English District Commission.

The Windy Hill Orchard website won a 2002-2003 Golden Web Award presented by the International Association of Webmasters and Designers.
